The Japanese launch added dedicated V8 body details, a Torsen rear limited-slip differential and brake discs measuring 356 mm at the front and 323 mm at the rear. F SPORT Performance identifies a particular model; styling changes on an IS 300h or IS 350 do not turn it into an IS 500.
