This is our founder’s own earlier Lexus, identified as a 2013 IS 300h. These photographs show its original XE30 body phase and personalised appearance. They do not establish the factory grade or imply that the car is offered for sale.
Read the market before the numbers.
The European launch specification states 164 kW / 223 PS combined, while the Japanese 2013 launch states 162 kW / 220 PS. Engine and motor peaks cannot simply be added. Check the individual car’s market, year and documents before applying a specification. Later facelifts and all-wheel-drive variants are separate references.
Before you choose one.
These are practical inspection prompts, not claims of a common defect. Confirm the history and condition of the individual vehicle.
Ask for hybrid evidence
Review the service record and request a recent Hybrid Health Check report. Check warranty eligibility with Lexus for the individual car, especially an import.
Separate styling from condition
On a personalised car, document wheels, suspension and bodywork changes, then inspect tyres, brakes, alignment and fitment. The owner archive shows changes on one car and does not establish a common model fault.
