JATCO JF015E — original 2011 applications
JP / 2011 dated Japan application entries
JATCO JF015E: two original 2011 application announcements
Original JATCO entries dated 20 January and 24 February 2011 only. JF015E is confirmed as a supplier product code. Grade, engine, drive, chassis, exact assembly, calibration and application intervals remain UNKNOWN. Platform relationships, service requirements and component interchangeability are not established.
A supplier product identifier
JATCO expressly prints JF015E as its product identifier for a belt CVT with an auxiliary gearbox, in a category for mini and small FWD vehicles. The category wording does not specify the drive of every vehicle grade.

Solio: application and preceding release
The 20 January 2011 JATCO entry states that the new Suzuki Solio released on 7 January 2011 is equipped with JF015E. The supplier reports an application and a preceding sales release; it does not enumerate grades, engines, chassis codes or individual build dates.

Delica D:2: announcement and planned release
JATCO’s 24 February 2011 entry expressly names JF015E for the new Mitsubishi Delica D:2. It says the vehicle will be released on 10 March. This is a supplier application announcement with a planned sales date; the entry does not confirm subsequent deliveries.

What the identifier leaves open
JF015E is a JATCO product code in these entries. An automaker’s transmission trade name, an automaker code, an exact assembly part number and software calibration are not identified. They remain UNKNOWN; a shared product code alone does not establish identical assemblies or interchangeable parts.

Two applications, no inferred platform relationship
The two supplier entries establish separate applications of JF015E to the named models. They do not establish a platform-sharing, production-supply or rebadging relationship between Solio and Delica D:2. Those relationship types are UNKNOWN in this evidence review.

Two separately documented applications

| Named model | Supplier announcement | Sales date and meaning | Grade / engine / drive | Exact assembly / application interval |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Suzuki Solio | 2011-01-20 | 2011-01-07 · reported prior release | UNKNOWN / UNKNOWN / UNKNOWN | UNKNOWN / UNKNOWN |
| Mitsubishi Delica D:2 | 2011-02-24 | 2011-03-10 · planned release | UNKNOWN / UNKNOWN / UNKNOWN | UNKNOWN / UNKNOWN |
Solio’s existing original 2011 generation is retained. The entries do not identify Delica D:2’s generation or grade-level specifications. These remain UNKNOWN in this review. No production interval is derived from either sales date.
A different manufacturer’s dated example shows why a transmission trade name and a mode description need separate treatment: Honda CR-Z’s February 2010 transmission table →. This is a terminology comparison, without a Honda–JATCO supply assertion.
