Vehicle mass and roof options

Use Nissan’s printed vehicle mass, separately from the gross vehicle mass row. The table does not establish option-inclusive maximum mass, a roof-option matrix or the measured mass of an individual vehicle. The optional-wheel footnote concerns turning radius, rather than mass or height.

Printed engine ratings

Power remains in kW and PS; torque remains in Nm, with the printed rpm. The source does not establish net or gross convention, or a named JIS, ECE or SAE rating standard. No bhp conversion or electric-motor and hybrid-system ratings are inferred.

Only S, X, S DIG-S, X DIG-S and MEDALIST, front-wheel drive, Xtronic CVT and the stated seating are reviewed here. Motor-assisted X FOUR, NISMO versions, later e-POWER, exports and vehicle-specific fitment need their own evidence.

The specification index explicitly says “as of January 2013”. The PDF metadata also records January 2013. Nissan’s archive publication span describes its website, rather than vehicle production. Exact production dates, the full grade/model symbol beyond DBA-E12, transmission assembly code and supplier remain unestablished.

The current launch pages display 27 August 2012 in their page headers, while the English article body is dated 28 August 2012. This discrepancy is retained. The announced September sales date is context, rather than a production boundary for the January specification.
