Capacity, rather than output
Honda’s 2013 Fit factbook gives Yorii a production capacity of 250,000 vehicles a year at full operation. Capacity is distinct from actual annual output.

Painting and its scope
The factbook reports a 40% reduction in paint-line CO₂ emissions compared with the previous factory, following new paint technology and painting robots. It does not claim a 40% reduction for the whole vehicle life cycle.
